Queenie’s Classic City Retreat

By booking Queenie’s Classic City Retreat, the Primary Guest agrees to these terms on behalf of everyone included in the reservation.

​

Reservations and Cancellations

The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old unless otherwise approved in writing.

​

All payments, cancellations, refunds, credits, and reservation changes are determined solely by Airbnb or Vrbo and their applicable policies. Guests should contact the booking platform directly with any reservation or refund questions.

​

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided with the reservation.

​

Early check-in or late check-out requires advance approval and may include an additional fee. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges.

​

Guests and Events

Only registered guests may stay overnight, and the Property’s maximum occupancy may not be exceeded.

Parties, receptions, events, commercial activities, and photo shoots require advance written approval. The Primary Guest is responsible for all guests and visitors.

​

Property Rules

Guests must respect the home, furnishings, equipment, neighbors, parking instructions, and quiet hours.

Smoking, vaping, candles, fireworks, illegal activity, disruptive behavior, and tampering with safety equipment are prohibited.

Pets are not permitted at the Property at any time.

​

Children must be supervised at all times. The jukebox, pool table, ping-pong table, outdoor areas, and other amenities must be used responsibly and at the guest’s own risk.

​

Damage and Cleaning

The Primary Guest is responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, unauthorized animals, and rule violations caused by anyone associated with the reservation.

​

Damage or maintenance concerns must be reported immediately. Documented charges may be submitted through Airbnb or Vrbo.

​

Furniture and decorations may not be moved without permission.

​

Safety and Property Access

Management may enter the Property when reasonably necessary for emergencies, safety concerns, maintenance, suspected rule violations, or protection of the Property.

​

Exterior security cameras may be present for safety and property protection. No cameras are located inside private living or sleeping areas.

​

Queenie’s Classic City Retreat is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten personal belongings.

​

Maintenance and Amenities

Amenities may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, repairs, weather, utility interruptions, or circumstances outside our control. Any refund eligibility is determined solely by Airbnb or Vrbo.

​

Rule Violations

Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of the stay. Guests remain responsible for applicable damages, cleaning costs, and other charges. Any refund decision will be made solely by Airbnb or Vrbo.

​

Liability and Governing Law

Guests accept the ordinary risks associated with occupying and using the Property and its amenities.

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queenie’s Classic City Retreat and its owners or representatives are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from a reservation or stay.

​

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
